Louii provides a live operations board for travel agencies: traveller itineraries, flight status monitoring, destination weather and duty-of-care information.
A subscription covers one agency workspace with two seats: the account creator and one colleague. Additional seats are billed per seat per month. Seats are named users — they must not be shared between people.
Prices are set in Norwegian kroner (NOK 265 per month, NOK 79 per extra seat per month) and displayed in your local currency using an indicative conversion. The amount charged is the amount shown at checkout in your billing currency, inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period.
Your agency owns the traveller records it enters. We process them only to run the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export your data as CSV at any time.
Flight status, gate information, weather forecasts, visa requirements and country safety guidance come from third-party sources and are provided for planning support only. They are not authoritative. Always confirm entry requirements with the relevant embassy or authority and flight details with the operating carrier before acting on them.
Do not use Louii to store data you have no lawful basis to hold, attempt to access another agency's workspace, or resell access without a written agreement.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions made solely on third-party operational data.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend an account for non-payment or breach of these terms after notice. On termination we delete agency data within 30 days.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, with Oslo as the venue for disputes.
